Ingredients:
- 300g of Lamb Steak
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 100g of Quinoa
- 1 cup Green Beans, steamed
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Cooking Instructions:
- First, season the lamb steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Once hot, cook the lamb steaks to your preference.
- While the lamb cooks, prepare the quinoa as per the packet instructions.
- Steam the green beans for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
- Toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown.
- Once the lamb is cooked, allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
