Plating:
The zesty lamb kofta kebabs should be plated in a stylish and appetizing way. Preferably, place this delicacy on a rectangular slate plate. You can arrange the kebabs diagonally, building a bit of height. Pair them with a few fresh leaves of lettuce and slices of cucumber for color contrast and added texture. A small dish of yogurt dip can be served on the side, or a dollop can be placed atop each kebab, bringing a creamy smoothness that complements the spiciness of the kebabs. Lastly, sprinkle a pinch of finely chopped parsley on top of the kebabs as a garnishing touch. The plate should embody a balance between simplicity and opulence, just like the meal itself.
