Dish Name: Glazed Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of pork tenderloin
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season your pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix your honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce until it’s fully combined.
- Put a large, oven-safe pan over medium heat and add your olive oil. Once your oil is hot, add your pork tenderloin and sear it on all sides until it’s brown.
- Once your pork tenderloin is seared, brush it generously with your honey mustard glaze.
- Put your pan in the preheated oven and roast the pork tenderloin for about 20 minutes, or until its internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Halfway through the cooking time, brush some more of your glaze on the pork.
- When your pork is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will make it juicier.

Plating:
Slice the tenderloin into thin slices, fanning them out on the plate. Drizzle a little bit more of the sweet and tangy glaze over the top for that glossy look. Tuck some sprigs of fresh rosemary in-between the slices for contrast and aroma. Serve with a side of lightly steamed green beans tossed in a dash of olive oil and sea salt. The result is a beautifully displayed dish with colors of brown, green and the glaze’s shiny amber, promising a delectable, protein-packed meal.
