Plating:
For the plating, neatly arrange two skewers diagonally across a round, white plate. Sprinkle a handful of chopped fresh parsley and mint over the skewers to add a pop of color and freshness. The meats should be slightly charred in places and glistening, scattered with popped mustard seeds. The overall color palette is dark, contrasting with the bright colors of the garnish. Finish with a drizzle of Greek yogurt across the skewers, leaving a vibrant, inviting look. End this extravagant plating with lemon wedges on the side of the skewers. It’s a visual showcase of Moroccan delicacy, the eye-catching colors ensuring an enticing and mouthwatering plate. It should give a rustic, hearty impression, and the succulent, juicy kebabs should be the star of the show.
