Plating:
This meal is about contrasting colors and minimalistic elegance. Use a white or light-colored deep plate to serve. Neatly place a portion of the stir-fry in the center of the plate, going for a little height rather than spreading it out too much. Bright colors from the mixed vegetables should be visible on all sides. Sprinkle some chopped fresh cilantro over the top and freshly ground black pepper if desired. The plate should illustrate a vibrant, healthy, and protein-packed meal.
