Plating
Place two lettuce wrap-filled tacos at the center of the plate, overlapped slightly to showcase their fillings. Garnish the plate with a lime wedge and a small heap of extra shredded cheese and chopped cilantro at the side. The presentation should exude freshness, vibrancy, and an inviting tangled mix of textures. For a gourmet touch, you could serve on an artisanal, hand-painted ceramic plate to further enhance the color and character of the dish.
