Lamb Muscle Power Pita

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Lamb Tenderloin
- 2 Whole Wheat Pitas
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cucumber (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Dill (for garnish)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat a skillet and add the olive oil. Sprinkle the lamb tenderloin with salt and pepper then add it to the skillet. Cook until desired level of doneness is reached. Remove from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- While the lamb is resting, mix the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl to make a homemade Tzatziki sauce.
- Toast the whole wheat pitas and cut them in half to make pockets.
- Slice the cooked lamb tenderloin into thin pieces.
- Stuff the pita pockets with the sliced lamb and Tzatziki sauce. Garnish with fresh dill.
