Place base spinach and bean sprouts mix at the bottom of the bowl. Arrange the sautéed vegetables to one side, and the grilled Beef Bulgogi opposite to it with centralized space, revealing the base underneath. Drizzle the remaining Bulgogi sauce over the top. If you want, add a sunny-side-up egg on top of the central revealed base for extra protein. Garnish with sesame seeds and freshly chopped spring onions. The final serving should look colorful, fresh, and appetizing, with the ingredients visually separated but part of a harmonious whole.
