Plating:
To plate this dish, spread out the stir-fried riblets on a shallow, white porcelain dish to highlight the vibrant colors. Drizzle any leftover sauce from the skillet over them for an added flavor punch. Sprinkle the cilantro and sesame seeds artfully across the top. As a final touch, place a few slices of chili at the side for an option of extra heat. You should be able to see the glossy glaze on the riblets, the specks of sesame seed, and a pop of green from the cilantro against the deep brown of the meat— it’s a visual feast, as well as a delectable one.
