Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of lean lamb loin, cubed
- 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 red onions, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped mint, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
