Lay a warm flatbread at an angle on a wide, rectangular plate. Spread a generous amount of Tzatziki sauce across the middle of the bread. Layer the sliced lamb kofta atop the sauce, ensuring the charred sides are visible for a dramatic effect. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added freshness. The look should be casual yet sophisticated, showcasing the beautiful char of the grilled lamb and bright, fresh ingredients. Sprinkle some crumbled feta and pomegranate seeds for an added visual flair, if you like.
