Ingredients:
- 1 pound of lean lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of ground chili
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- First, prepare the marinade by mixing together the greek yogurt, olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the lamb chunks into the bowl, and mix until each piece is well coated with the marinade.
- Cover, and leave the meat to marinate for at least two hours in the fridge.
- Once marinated, thread the lamb chunks onto skewers.
- Preheat your grill or broiler. Grill the kebabs over medium heat until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness, usually about 10-15 minutes for medium rare.
- Garnish the grilled kebabs with fresh mint and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
