Ingredients:
- 500 grams of ground lamb
- 1 large red onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons of ground coriander
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Organic sodium-reduced soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bamboo skewers, pre-soaked in water
Instructions:
- Combine ground lamb, chopped red onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, chopped fresh mint leaves, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Take about a handful of the mixture and mold it around the top of a bamboo skewer, creating a 4-inch long, sausage-shaped kebab.
- Repeat the process until all the mixture has been utilized.
- Set up your grill for direct grilling and preheat to high.
- Grill the skewers until they have browned and cooked through, turning them every now and then.
- Once the skewers are cooked, let them rest on a plate while you prepare your favorite salad side dish.
