Ingredients:
- 500 grams of lean lamb mince
- 1 cauliflower large (approximately 600 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 grams of low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of sliced bell peppers
- 100 grams of sliced onions
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Slice the cauliflower into small florets and pulse in a food processor until it forms a rice-like texture.
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes to dry out.
- Meanwhile, heat a pan on the stove and cook the lamb mince with garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, combine with the eggs and almond flour.

- Remove the pizza base from the oven, and spread olive oil over it. Top it with the cooked lamb, sliced bell peppers, onions, mozzarella, and the remaining Italian seasoning.
- Return the pizza back to the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
