Spicy Ginger Chili Ground Beef Wrap
Main Ingredients:
- 500 grams of lean ground beef
- Whole grain wraps (five pieces)
- 2 tablespoons of ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons of hot chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Toppings: finely chopped lettuce, cucumber, and red onions
- 50 grams of Greek yogurt

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and season it with salt. Cook it until it is brown.
- Mix in the ground ginger and chili powder. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the whole grain wraps in the oven for about a minute or until they are just warm. Do not overheat, or they will become crispy.
- Place beef onto the wraps and top it with finely chopped lettuce, cucumber and red onions. Effectively wrapping the ingredients in the whole grain wrap.
- Top it off with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
Plating:
Fold the ground beef wrap in half, securing it with a skewer if needed. Arrange two wraps on a clean, round, white plate leaning against each other. Place a small side bowl of Greek yogurt to the side of the wraps. Use sprigs of parsley or microgreens for garnish on the plate. The contrasting colors of the ground beef, red onions, green cucumber and white yogurt in the wrap add a variety of colors making it not just delicious, but visually appealing too.
