Plating:
Start by laying a decorative skewer diagonally across a white, slightly deep plate – this will create a stark contrast and make the colors pop. Around the skewer, strategically place a few scattered herbs, for instance, a small sprinkle of parsley and tiny dots of chilli sauce for color and interest. The remaining skewers can be piled casually but artfully on a wooden board in the middle of the table, inviting guests to tuck in and help themselves. Remember, the aim is for a rustic yet sophisticated presentation that complements this high protein meal beautifully.
