Recipe: Spicy Lamb Protein Power Balls
Main Ingredient: Lamb
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of lean ground lamb
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, spinach, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste. Crack in the egg and mix well until everything is combined. Once the mixture is ready, scoop out small portions and roll into balls of about 1-2 inches diameter.

Plating:
Serve the Spicy Lamb Protein Power Balls on a minimalist, white plate for contrast. Arrange the lamb balls in a pyramid structure, starting with one ball on top, followed by a layer of two balls, and so forth. Don’t overcrowd the plate – the simplicity of the arrangement lets the vibrant colour and texture of the lamb balls steal the show. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or mint) to add a hint of greenery, enhancing the visual appeal. Just remember, the star of the plate is the protein-packed lamb balls.
