Plating:
Place a generous scoop of the Thai Basil Lamb Stir-fry in the center of a flat, wide-rimmed plate. Arrange the vibrant veggies and succulent, sauced lamb visible to the top for color. Garnish with a couple of whole fresh basil leaves on top — you want the dish to be vibrant with the red and yellow peppers against the beautiful greens of the basil. Serve with a side of grilled asparagus or broccolini for an extra protein boost. This meal is intended to be a visual feast of colors as delicious as it tastes.
